This stone is an excellent stone for meditation. It can be used to clear clouded areas of all the Chakras and especially to assist in opening the Heart Chakra. It is also believed to help activate the kundalini, or "serpent fire" energies residing at the base of the spine. By placing this stone on the Crown Chakra, it initiates the movement of kundalini energy up the spine. This stone relaxes one's overall nature. Serpentine is also a good stone to place on the meridian points for clearing blocked energies and allowing a healthy, natural flow to be reestablished. It is believed this stone can help establish the order intended by nature, bringing peace and joy to the individual that reverberates to the outer world.
